Licence, Activation and Payment Help

Use the licence key sent to your checkout email after successful payment. If it is missing, check spam and the email used for the order, including your PayPal email if applicable. Initial activation needs internet access. One standard licence covers one active Windows computer.

What is the current price and is it a subscription?

The Pricing and Download pages list £12.99 as a one-off purchase for one active Windows computer, with no mandatory subscription. Check the live product page and checkout for the current price, currency and final total before paying. Old screenshots or cached pages may show an earlier price.

Does downloading the installer include a licence?

No. The installer download and the paid licence are separate. If you have already purchased, use your existing key; do not buy again just because you need to download or reinstall.

I paid but my licence email has not arrived

Check inbox, spam and junk folders for the checkout address. Search for RemPress and your order confirmation. Check whether payment completed rather than remaining pending. If the key is still missing, contact support with your order number and purchase email. Avoid placing a second order to solve a missing email.

I used PayPal and did not type an email at checkout

Check the email on your order confirmation and the email associated with the PayPal payment, including spam. Express checkout can supply contact details from the payment flow. If neither inbox contains the key, ask support to check the order. The AI cannot see your PayPal account, verify payment or resend a key unless a connected order action confirms it.

How do I activate RemPress?

Install the current official Windows release, open RemPress and enter the licence key from your purchase email. First activation needs internet access. Copy the key accurately and remove accidental spaces. Keep the complete key private.

My key says invalid or activation failed

Check you copied the licence key rather than an order number. Remove leading or trailing spaces, confirm internet access and check the computer's date and time. Note the exact error. If it still fails, contact support with your order reference and purchase email; do not post the full key in chat.

My key says it is already in use

One standard licence permits one active Windows computer. If you still have the old PC, use File > Licence > Deactivate this computer there, then activate the replacement with the same key. If the old PC is unavailable, support needs to verify your purchase and help with the transfer.

How do I move my licence to another computer?

Back up your .rempress documents and source images separately. Deactivate the old installation using File > Licence > Deactivate this computer. Install RemPress on the replacement PC and activate with the same key. Deactivation does not move project files for you.

Can I use my laptop and desktop at the same time?

One standard licence covers one active Windows computer at a time. Do not assume a key allows simultaneous use on several devices. For multiple active computers, check published purchase options or contact support.

Do I need the internet all the time?

Initial activation requires internet access. Do not assume a guaranteed permanent offline period or a particular revalidation schedule. Check current release guidance or ask support about your intended offline use.

Are updates included?

The current Pricing page says updates for the current major version are included. This is not a promise of every future major version for free. Use the official Download and Release Notes pages for supported updates; back up important projects first.

Can the chat approve a refund, cancel an order or reset a key?

Read the Refund Policy and contact RemPress Support with the order details and reason. The AI can explain the route and collect the request. It cannot approve a refund, confirm payment, issue a key or reset activation without a verified connected action.

I may have been charged twice

Check order confirmations and payment records. A pending authorisation can differ from a completed charge. Ask your payment provider or RemPress Support to check rather than paying again. Send order references through the support form; never send card numbers or security codes.
