Is there a different download for the United States?
Use the official Download page for the current Windows installer. No separate US installer is advertised there. Check the Windows requirements before buying; browsing this website from a phone or Mac does not mean the desktop app runs on that device.
How do I buy from the United States?
Start with the official product page through the Buy button on the Download page. Enter your real billing details and use an available payment method. Checkout confirms whether it can accept the order and the final total. If your US address or payment is rejected, contact support rather than entering a false address or repeatedly ordering.
Is £12.99 the same as $12.99?
No. The pound sign means British pounds (GBP). The site currently lists £12.99; that is not a fixed US dollar price. Your payment provider may offer conversion and charge fees. Review currency and total before confirming payment. Your payment provider determines any conversion rate and fees; checkout shows the total for the order.
What size is US Letter paper?
US Letter is 8.5 x 11 inches (215.9 x 279.4 mm). Match the RemPress page dimensions, orientation and printer driver's paper setting. Choose Letter if your version offers it, or enter the dimensions if custom sizes are available. If neither is available, ask support instead of substituting A4.
What about Legal and Tabloid paper?
US Legal is 8.5 x 14 inches (215.9 x 355.6 mm). Tabloid is 11 x 17 inches (279.4 x 431.8 mm). These dimensions do not promise that every RemPress preset or printer supports them. Confirm page-size options, printer support and the tray before printing.
Why does an A4 template not fit Letter paper?
A4 measures 210 x 297 mm, approximately 8.27 x 11.69 inches. Letter is wider and shorter. Automatic fitting can shrink an A4 design and change margins on Letter. Make a separate copy, set the intended page size where supported, review the layout and print one test sheet.
How do I print at the correct physical size?
For exact measurements, match document and paper sizes and check 100% or Actual Size where offered. Disable automatic fitting only when exact size is intended. Allow for the printer's non-printable area. Measure a test print before a batch.
How do I convert inches and millimetres?
One inch is exactly 25.4 mm. Multiply inches by 25.4 for millimetres, or divide millimetres by 25.4 for inches. A 5 x 7 inch design is 127 x 177.8 mm. Use available unit controls or equivalent dimensions; do not assume every release displays both units.
Do license and licence mean the same thing?
Yes in this support context. US license, color, center and letter-size correspond to UK licence, colour, centre and US Letter paper. You can use either spelling when asking for help.
Can I get help outside UK daytime hours?
