Where do I find templates?
Open https://www.rempressstudio.com/templates. Check each listing for its format, dimensions, requirements and usage terms. Use the current page for availability rather than relying on a fixed template count.
How do I open a .rempress template?
Download the file, then use Open in RemPress or double-click it if Windows has associated .rempress files with the app. Use Save As with your own filename before editing so the original template remains available.
Is a PDF or image an editable template?
A .rempress project is designed for editing in RemPress. A PDF or image may be a preview or export and may not contain editable text boxes and separate objects. Follow the listing instructions and contact support if the advertised format is missing.
How should I save my finished design?
Keep an editable .rempress project as your working copy. Use a separate filename for a new customer, event or version. If you export a PDF or image for sharing, keep the editable project too.
My template download will not start or open
Check the browser Downloads list and filename extension. Retry from the original page once and allow the download to finish. Try a current supported browser if the page stalls. Do not rename an unrelated file to .rempress. If it still fails, report the template title, page URL and exact error.
The template font or line wrapping looks different
Check whether the original font is installed on your Windows PC. A substitute font can change width and wrapping. Use a licensed font you have, review text-box dimensions and check the page before printing. Do not assume a template includes every font shown.
The template is the wrong paper size
Make a copy before changing page dimensions. Match the target paper and review all text and images afterwards. An A4 layout may need adjustment for US Letter rather than an automatic scaling change.
Can I use RemPress for business work?
The published Software Licence Agreement permits lawful personal or commercial document production subject to the licence purchased. Rights to redistribute a template, image, logo or font are separate: check that asset's terms. Buying the app does not automatically grant resale rights for supplied templates or third-party artwork.
I cannot find my saved project
Check the folder and filename you chose and your backups. Search your files for .rempress. Chat cannot search your computer or promise recovery of an unsaved or deleted project.
A project will not open or looks damaged
Keep the original unchanged and try a copy. Check the extension and whether the download or transfer completed. Test a recent backup if available. Report app version, file type and exact error to support. Do not repeatedly overwrite the only copy while troubleshooting.
