A rectangle is added with its fill and outline colours changed, and lines are drawn to help arrange the layout. The finished document is saved, and the print settings are shown, including the option to choose a higher DPI.

With the Editor, start with a blank document or an included preset. Choose your paper size and orientation, then build the page with your own words, pictures and shapes.

    Group related objects, ungroup them when needed, and bring elements forward or send them backward to control overlapping content.

    Check your document dimensions, paper size and portrait or landscape orientation. Review each page of a multi-page document before printing.

    Preview and check settings.

    Use print preview to review the layout. Choose your Windows printer and open its properties to check the settings offered by its driver.

    Make a useful test print.

    Check text, picture placement and margins on the paper you plan to use. Borderless options and printable areas depend on your printer and its driver.

Is RemPress Studio a subscription?

Free Viewer opens supported Publisher files, RemPress projects and templates, with free viewing, printing and PDF export. The Editor costs £19.99 as a one-off purchase for one active Windows computer. There is no mandatory subscription. Your Editor activation key is delivered automatically after successful purchase.

Is RemPress a Windows app or an online editor?

RemPress Studio is a Windows desktop application. Install it on your PC and use Free Viewer without an activation key. Activate the Editor with your licence key when you need to edit or save editable projects. Check the Download page for the current version and published compatibility information.

Can I create a design without a template?

Yes, with the Editor. Start from a blank document, choose a paper size or custom dimensions, and add your own text, images and shapes. Included templates and presets are optional starting points.

What can I change after creating a layout?

With the Editor, edit text and formatting, move and resize objects, rotate and crop pictures, duplicate elements, group related objects and control which items appear in front or behind.

Can I save a project and continue later?

Yes, with the Editor. Save your editable document as a .rempress project, then reopen it in the Editor to update the text, pictures or layout. Free Viewer can open it for viewing, printing and PDF export. Keep a backup of important projects.

How does printing work?

Printing and PDF export are free in Free Viewer. Open a supported document, review print preview and choose your Windows printer. Printer properties expose the options supplied by its driver. Check a test print before producing a larger batch.

Can I print right to the edge of the paper?

Borderless printing depends on your printer, driver and selected paper settings. Review the printer properties and printable area; a layout that reaches the page edge does not make every printer borderless.

Can I bring my Publisher work with me?

Open supported Microsoft Publisher .pub files in Free Viewer to view, print or export PDF. Keep the original and review the recovered work. Use the Editor to edit supported content and save it as an editable .rempress project.

Will every Publisher element look exactly the same?

No. Recovery depends on the file and the features it uses. Complex Publisher-specific effects, fonts and layouts may need checking or adjustment before printing.

What does one active computer mean?

Your Editor licence activates editing and editable project saving on one Windows computer at a time. Free Viewer does not require an activation key. The Help Centre explains activation and moving your licence when you change computers.
